If you receive an item you are not happy with you must inform us straight away by email no longer than 7 days from receipt. With Christmas 2009 we will extend this date to the 10th January 2010 to return jewellery. As we are a small business we cannot absorb the cost of the postage especially if it is overseas. Our margins are small so we can compete with the larger jewellery makers . You must send the jewellery back in the same condition as received as soon as you have let us know. If you wish to exchange for a different item then that is also possible, contact us straight away and we will sort out the difference in price etc.
Please do not send back goods without informing us first, if you are sending a package to the UK we will be charged import duty if you do not have the correct wording on your package. We will let you know the wording to put with the return.
