Ordering over the phone or alternative methods of payment

As we are an on-line jewellery business we are unable to take credit cards over the phone but you can use alternative methods of payment such as a cheque or postal order, please see below. 

If you wish to leave your number on our contact us page I can return the call within 24 hours. Alternatively you can ring me on the number below and I will answer any queries during normal office hours 9am-5pm.  If I am out of the workshop when you ring please leave a message with your contact details and I will get back to you as soon as I can within 24 hours, thankyou.

1. You can pay for items from the web-site using a  sterling cheque, please make the cheque payable to "Dreamknot".
2.  You can pay for your items using a postal order, please ensure the postal order is in pound sterling and made out to "Dreamknot".
